A SMART PARKING EXPERIENCE
Imagine traveling on the highway and knowing in advance if the next rest area has enough parking slot available for your truck. If not, you even have the chance to know which rest area is busy or how many lots are still available.
This smart experience is possible thanks to the so-called Wireless Magnetic Sensor that detects vehicles by measuring the change in the earth’s magnetic field as the vehicle stops over the detector. The parking sensor is buried in the road and transmits the data to a gateway on the side of the road.
