Comark s.r.l. svolge le attività di trattamento dei dati personali, ivi inclusa la presente mailing list, quale titolare del trattamento. I dati di contatto sono disponibili presso il sito www.comarkud.it.

Sono trattati i dati di contatto degli interessati (nome, indirizzo e-mail) iscritti alla mailing list.
Finalità. Basi giuridiche.
Finalità dell’attività di trattamento dei dati personali svolta attraverso la presente mailing list è l’attività di marketing diretto (comunicazione commerciale, promozionale, newsletter), fondata sulla base legale del consenso prestato mediante richiesta di iscrizione alla mailing list.
Ulteriore base giuridica legittimante l’attività di trattamento dei dati personali svolta è il c.d. “soft spam” (definito dall’art. 130 co. 4 Cod. Privacy), per il perseguimento del legittimo interesse del titolare di presentare l’offerta di beni e servizi analoghi a soggetti già clienti. Diritti dell’interessato.
È diritto della persona fisica cui si riferiscono i dati trattati ottenere l’accesso, la rettifica, la cancellazione dei dati trattati o altrimenti chiedere la limitazione od opporsi al trattamento, nonché chiedere la portabilità dei soli dati forniti.
